If you are in the LA area or near and want to be there for one of the LAST SESSIONS you may wanna read this...

I'll be moving soon.. and in moving I leave behind the Casa de Maize and the Sketchbook Sessions... there will be 2 more.. ONE on the 12th of MAY thats a saturday ... and the last session date is TBA.. so

Sat MAY 12th 2007
6pm- Question marks
Bring sketchbooks and drawing stuffs!!!
if you want to help out.... bring snack stuffs ( cookies chips sodas etc..)
AT "Casa De Maizekid!" (if you need the address, note me!)

It's been about 5 1/2 years... I have been hosting these and Im sure we are the reason behind many other Session like events that happen ( to my knowledge we had the only drawing party of this kind for years! ) Now Im moving into an apartment with my g/f (THAT'S ME) while she attends CalArts and sessions just wont be possible... wont have the room for one and 2 she needs all her time to study and draw like a madwoman (PLEASE COME SO I CAN SEE YOU BEFORE I GO INTO 4 YEARS OF INEVITABLE HIBERNATION)

I hope to see all you regular DA people there and maybe some new faces :boogie:

OK JUST FOR YOU XD haha! Yeah we should be having one during the summer before we start moving. I'll ask Shane if we can hold off until you visit :> Good grief, you know you're coming at like.. the hottest time of the year, right? D: It was 100 degrees at 10:30 this morning x_x -definately- pack shorts and swim suits!

haha, i'm not visiting, i'm MOVING. Graduate from college June 2 and then it's LA for me. =) Hopefully I'll find a job....
Yeah, i lived in LA a couple summers ago.... hot, but at least it's not HUMID. Savannah in the summer is just as hot but SOOOOO humid. I'll take dry heat over humid heat any day.

AWESOME :D Oh how coooool.. do you know whereabouts in LA you'll be living? UGH, yeah humidity sucks.. if you get sweaty, the breeze can't cool you down D: I visit my family in Ohio every summer and the air is so thick. I'm out of breath by the time I get out of the airport and into the car XD
YAY I'm excited, you can come to the beach with us anytime, we just bought a new surfboard and we're taking it for a spin this summer :D!!

well, not sure yet... but ideally I want to move to West Hollywood. It's a convenient location.... i lived there 2 summers ago and loved it, so I'd like to go back there.

Oooooh, I'm excited about the beach. I started to learn how to surf last summer and i've been bodyboarding all my life!! excited to already have friends I can go do that stuff with =)
I need to buy a wet suit though.... :O_o: The water is cold out your way, haha.
